Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access in the city, about 1min from public transport. The Douro River is just a few minutes walk away, with Ribeira being accessible without the need for any transport.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed for two guests and a sofa bed for two guests in the living room, which provides capacity to accommodate 4 people. The apartment is only accessible by stairs.
The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, oven, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, vacuum cleaner, electric radiators for cold days in the bedroom.
Both bedding and towels are of hotel quality and are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel
Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.

There are works in progress in the building next door.

Easy and relaxed check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with no costs for late arrivals.
All guests must provide their identification documents in a timely manner.
Parties are completely forbidden, or any type of noise or disturbance in the building or inside the accommodation. We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of noise complaints.
