bonito apartamento situado en el tercer piso en una de las mejores calles del centro de Oporto, cerca de los mejores restaurantes, bares y tiendas de diseño.
Tiene dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas individuales, cuarto de baño, cocina y sala de estar.
Dispone de TV y WI-FI. Todos los compartimientos tienen aire acondicionado.
La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Todo el apartamento es muy cómodo y tener el equipo necesario para proporcionar una gran estancia.

Very spacious apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed. We were aware that there would be a bit of noise from the bars late at night and it didn't bother us. Friendly and accommodating hosts.

Perfect Porto Apartment!

Alice and Pedro's apartment was perfect for my wife and my stay in Porto! As everyone has said, the parking garage access was wonderful. We didn't need it in Porto at all and only took it out for a day trip to Braga and the Douro Valley. The apartment is huge and it is stocked very well. It was a fabulous four night stay. Second time's still the charm!

We stayed here back in March and enjoyed our hosts and the apartment so much that when the opportunity arose to return to Porto in October, we rushed to book this place. The experience was just as good as before and we cannot recommend this place enough. The kitchen is small but well-stocked for basic things like coffee, tea, and breakfast, and with the number of bars and restaurants practically right outside the door, this isn't the place to be cooking gourmet meals. We took advantage of several of Alice's suggestions, including the "best ice cream in the world" (true!) and a day trip to the Douro Valley. Porto was in the middle of an unseasonable heat wave while we were there, and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated. If you want to stay near the action of the city, but not worry about noise, enjoy a modern, comfortable apartment that still has Portuguese charm, and interact with marvelous hosts, book this apartment!

Afonso's welcome was great and their flexibility around check-in/out times is welcome.The apartment is well divided, with the kitchen and living area in the front part and the two bedrooms and bathroom at the back. The kitchen is minuscule. While we would have liked to cook, we didn't both due to its size and the fact that we were visited by two small cockroaches during our stay. Afonso told us this was the first time it happened...The beds were very comfortable, as were the living area and the bathroom.The sound from the neighbourhood bars continues into the wee hours of the night. Luckily, since it was December, we didn't have to open windows which helped a little bit, though the vibration could still be felt.The parking garage (no longer included in the rental) is truly 1 minute away on foot and the area itself is lovely and lively.Be aware that there is one short flight of stairs up to the lift which then takes you to the third floor.

Dear Friends Thank you very much for your kind words. Regarding the issue of cockroaches, It's true that we have never had this problem, but we have already hired a pest control company. According to them, the cockroaches or eggs came with the food that our guests ordered on platforms like UberEats. But the company has already carried out pest control of the place.

Central & Charming Indeed!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is right in the heart of Porto, on a street with restaurants and bars, but the windows do a fantastic job blocking the noise and the bedrooms are in the back, so we had no noise issues at all. The couch is a little low, but the rest of the furniture is comfortable and the mattresses were the best we've slept on anywhere in Portugal! The kitchen is small and lacks a dishwasher, but given the central location and abundance of excellent Porto restaurants, it's not an issue. Afonso (Alice's son) was friendly and helpful when checking us in, and both Alice and Afonso were extremely communicative by text, checking in on us and responding promptly. They were our favorite hosts, to go with our favorite apartment! Each bedroom and the living room has a dual a/c-heating system which was very helpful. There is an elevator to the apartment, but note that you do need to go up ~6 steps to reach the elevator. If this isn't an issue, stay here! We are already planning a return visit to Porto later this year and sincerely hope to stay here again.

Great central location

The apartment is right in the centre of Porto. Very easy to get to from airport by metro then about a fifteen minute walk. Pedro met us at the apartment earlier than the scheduled check in time so we could leave our bags and head off out. He was extremely helpful recommending numerous restaurants nearby. So many that we quite quickly forgot what he said about each one!! The apartment is on a street full of music bars and the bass from the bars below can be heard until around 5am! But there are lots of earplugs provided in the apartment. We didn’t need them as the music isn’t loud - just a background noise really - and it didn’t stop us sleeping. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and everything you could need in the small kitchen. It’s ideally placed for all the sights of Porto with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. We particularly liked Encaixados on the end of the next street. Would definitely recommend as somewhere to stay in Porto and would love to return - too much to see in just 4 days! Thank you Alice and Pedro

Accueil , appartement et propriétaires parfaits

Merci à Pedro et Alice , pour leur accueil ,leur disponibilité et leurs conseils (endroits et restaurants à ne pas rater) , ils sont adorables. Leur appartement est très bien situé pour visiter le Porto historique, il est parfaitement fonctionnel, très propre, literie parfaite. Le seul soucis ,la rue est assez bruyante la nuit ( boîte de nuit dans l'immeuble mitoyen) et très bruyante à partir de 5 h du matin , les fêtards ont du mal à quitter les lieux et laisse la rue dans un état déplorable, heureusement que les équipes de ménage interviennent vers 6h30 (encore du bruit , soufflets et camion de ramassage des ordures) - A 8 heure du matin ... la rue est calme et propre. C'était en Août , peut-être qu'à d'autres périodes de l'année , la rue est moins bruyante . Malheureusement , Pedro et Alice ne sont pas responsables de tout ça , et ont eu la gentillesse de nous laisser des bouchons d'oreilles dans les tables de nuit. Merci aussi, à Alice d'avoir mis à notre disposition sa carte de parking , qui se trouve à 100 mètres du logement. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Super apartment in heart of Porto

Large and comfortable apartment in the heart of Porto. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Extremely comfortable beds, large living, air conditioning and double windows. Walk everywhere. Surrounded by lively bars, cafes, restaurants and all the cultural sights. Owner Alice so welcoming and informative on all aspects of Porto. Loads of info. available in apartment. Alice gave us her parking card for secure parking garage about 100 meters from apartment. Really convenient and saved us a load of money! Small downside of being so central to the buzzing night life is music from nearby nightclub. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return to this charming and oh so comfortable apartment. Thank you Alice and see you again sometime in the future hopefully!

agréable séjour à porto

nous avons séjournés à Porto début octobre 2017 dans l appartement d Alice et Pedro très bon accueil de bons conseils pour les visites et surtout leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité l appartement situé plein centre est moderne lumineux confortable très cocooning Porto est une ville à découvrir nombreuses visites, balades dans les petites ruelles ,le douro sans oublier la gastronomie A recommander sans hésitation

A perfect place to stay in Porto

This apartment is perfectly located for exploring central parts of Porto as well as the surroundings. It is very well equipped, seems to be recently renovated and very clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee as well as some other items were already available upon arrival and included as a courtesy. Upon arrival Alice and her husband spent quite some time to show us everything we needed to know and also gave very good recommendations for what to see, where to go etc. Parking is a problem in most centrally located areas of old European cities but not here, just around the corner is a good parking place and the owners let us use their parking permit free of charge (which otherwise would have costed quite a bit of money). We can highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back some time in the future.
