The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms include a triple bunk with 4’ double and single bed and a king-size room, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is parking with the town car park and a gravelled and lawned garden with a decking housing furniture. This property does accept one well-behaved small dog but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub. West Island provides a lovely haven in the heart of Kingsbridge. Note: The property is accessed via a narrow and steep alley, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The garden has multiple steps, please supervise children. Note: Guests can pull up to the top of the alley and unload

Salcombe, one of the nicest towns in South Devon, is located on the banks of the Kingsbridge Estuary and offers estuary excursions by ferry during the summer months. Salcombe is well-known for its breathtaking coastal vistas, gently undulating terrain, and watersports haven for kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding, and powerboating. Numerous individual manufacturers, high-end retailers, restaurants offering recently caught fish, and stores selling Salcombe Gin and ice cream may be found there. The South Devon Heritage Coast and this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) are both best enjoyed from Kingsbridge, which is ideally situated as a base. Visitors can stroll along Kingsbridge Quay, explore the winding lanes off Fore Street, or go to Totnes' Shambles, an Elizabethan market arcade. There are several scenic ports in the South Hams region, including Dartmouth and Salcombe, as well as Blackpool Sands in Stoke Fleming and the two sandy beaches at Thurlestone. In addition to the many small, charming villages in South Hams that offer interesting pubs, local farms markets, and charming rows of cottages, Plymouth is a bustling city with the National Marine Aquarium, the historic Barbican Quay, and a variety of nightlife options like theatres, restaurants, and bars.
