Our standard twin room consists of two comfortable single beds.

In-room features include a refrigerator, flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a wardrobe/closet. The room also offers a shower, toilet, towels and complimentary toiletries. Hair dryers are available on request.
Recently upgraded with new beds and freshly decorated, the Royal Ashton Hotel is in the heart of Taunton, just a short five minute walk from the train station, Somerset County Cricket ground and the town centre.

The hotel provides comfortable accommodation at great value starting with single and double rooms with access to communal kitchens, as well as a 2 bedroom self-contained flat at the rear of the hotel.

Surrounding Taunton, you can discover the delights of the Somerset countryside. With the Quantocks, Exmoor, Mendips, Somerset Levels and Blackdown Hills, there is ample choice to keep keen hikers, explorers and cyclists entertained.
