Spacious living/dining room with single sofa-bed, small kitchen equipped with gas rings and oven, 2 bedrooms, 1 master with a breath-taking view of the sea and 1 twin bedroom . The bathroom is independent with shower. The décor style is typical and simple. Wi-Fi available.
Outside, small veranda with a barbecue, laudry corner with washing machine; very nice shaded terrace with panoramic sea view where you can dine and entertain. The furniture is of rustic-peasant style.

The villa is a 10 min drive to S. Maria di Leuca, and 5 mins to the Marina of Tricase.
