Lovely house

Beautiful house, good location. Only provision in the property was 2 litres of water. Had to pay extra for linen, cleaning and you pay for your electricity.. Check in was 5pm which seems unreasonable. Wow homes believe their approach is to remain sustainable which may be the case. I won’t number staying in one of their houses again

Lees dit bericht goed voordat u deze villa boekt!!Wij huurden deze villa voor een gezinsvakantie met twee zeer jonge kinderen en onze schoonouders. We keken hier lang naar uit. Wow Homes presenteert zich als specialist in luxe villa’s, maar onze ervaring was helaas totaal anders.Bij aankomst bleek de tuin slecht onderhouden. Er waren meerdere mierennesten en wespennesten aanwezig en de mieren zaten zelfs al in de villa. De geplaatste vallen hielpen nauwelijks. Door een defecte zonwering was het terras overdag vrijwel onbruikbaar en door de vele wespen konden onze kinderen nauwelijks buiten spelen of veilig van het zwembad gebruikmaken. Ook bleef afval staan, wat extra insecten aantrok.Na enkele dagen vielen de airco’s uit. Met jonge kinderen betekende dit hete, slapeloze nachten. Onze kinderen werden huilend wakker en uiteindelijk sliep niemand nog goed. Tien nachten lang hebben wij nauwelijks rust gehad en voelde de vakantie vooral als volhouden.Ondanks herhaaldelijk contact met Wow Homes hadden wij niet het gevoel dat er serieus of snel werd gehandeld. Pas vlak voor vertrek kwam er iemand langs, zonder oplossing.Na vertrek ontvingen wij ook nog een bericht over vermeende schade die mogelijk op de borg verhaald zou worden. Wij herkennen ons niet in deze beschuldigingen.Ook VRBO bood uiteindelijk geen oplossing.In meer dan vijf jaar villa’s huren hebben wij dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Nu wordt het een juridische strijd, maar hopelijk bespaart het dit anderen.

Was für ein Traumhaus!

Wir waren mit 3 Generationen in diesem Haus Allesamt haben wir die 2 Wochen sehr genossen. WOW homes ist wirklich korrekt und klar organisiert.Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass man ein Auto braucht um von dort aus flexibel zu sein.

Wunderschönes Objekt in toller Lage

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Apulien. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Sehr schön sind die Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bad. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Da wir im April vor Ort waren und die Temperaturen noch recht kühl waren, wären Kleinigkeiten wie eine Wolldecke oder einfache Kaffeebecher schön gewesen. Das Handtuchpaket war etwas sparsam bemessen und Reparaturen wurden während unseres Aufenthalts gemacht und nicht davor.

Lage, Einrichtung, Qualität der Betten, Ausstattung der Küche, Helligkeit in den Räumen Größeren, leistungsfähigeren Staubsauger, Abflüsse in den Bädern/ Duschen reinigen starke Geruchsbildung im hintersten Bad beseitigen.

Es ist unglaublich schön ! Die Lage ist herrlich . Fantastischer Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Haus hat wirklich den Vorteil dass jedes Zimmer ein Bad hat und zusätzlich noch ein unabhängiges Badezimmer . So hat man genug Privatsphäre auch als Gruppe oder Familie . Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Interieur ist perfekt wenn man mal zuhause bleiben möchte . Bei Rückfragen oder Probleme gab es schnelle Reaktionen , Castro ist wirklich super für Abenteuer , Romantik und Entspannung. Wir kommen wieder!
