A real gem right next to the acropolis museum awaits all the ambitious visitors to Athens!



Recently renovated (May 2023) this 2 bedroom apartment offers the perfect stay as it is in a prime location. Next to it is the Acropolis museum and the Acropolis itself is a 2 minute walk. Honestly, this is one of the hidden gems of Athens and I am happy to introduce it for the very first time in the summer of 2023!!!



Among others there is a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.



You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided.



Acropolis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.



The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you hot water 24/7.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed top quality sheets. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single one of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.



Transfer service and private tours are available upon request.

This Athens apartment perfectly filled our accommodation needs for our once in a lifetime trip to Athens! We needed two bedrooms within walking distance to all the ancient sights at a good price. Located just on the back side of the Acropolis Museum, it served us well!

Dear Guest, According to your review, the apartment now "needs new floors." That is, of course, your personal opinion, but presenting it as an objective fact is simply misleading. You also criticize the terrace for not having chairs. The terrace is intentionally kept clear because of its limited size, and at no point is outdoor furniture advertised as an amenity. It is difficult to criticize a feature that was never promised. Fortunately, future guests can judge the property based on its photos, description, rather than on expectations that were never part of the listing.

Lovely flat across the street from the Acropolis museum and short walk to the Acropolis. Beautiful space and very comfortable. Self-check in was easy and straightforward. We would certainly hope to stay here again when visiting Athens. The host was very responsive and easy to contact and communicate with.

Incredible location

George and hosts were very helpful with arrangements from pickup to departure. The location is perfect - right near the Acropolis museum and restaurants. Wonderful stay.

Great service and location

Great location and central to everything. Very comfortable apartment and host is very helpful especially with transportation arrangements and restaurant suggestions. I will highly recommend and will stay here again.

We loved it here

My partner and I only stayed here for two nights but wish we were there longer! The small apartment made us feel at home with a great location as it is only a minute walk to everything you need.

Great stay near the Acropolis

What a great place for our stay in Athens. Everything was in short walking distance from food to shopping and the Acropolis. They were able to arrange transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship terminal with ease. You wont be disappointed!

Very nice apartment, spacious. Very clean. Plenty of room for 2 bedrooms and living room. Location is excellent, walk to every where, 5 minutes to Acropolis, all the resturants and shopping areas at 5 minutes walk. Communication with host was very good.

Great location

Definitely a great location. It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping area and the Acropolis. The host George is very helpful and very quick to reply. He helped us with booking car transfers as well. I wish the place had two bathrooms though. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Excellent location, host and flat

Highly recommend this comfortable flat within walking distance to everything tourists want to visit in Athens. Host is incredibly helpful and responsive- arranged for transport with drivers so welcoming and warm. Air conditioning was a must and we loved our stay! Thank you George and Menos!!!!

Great location, but as bare bones as you can get

Ideal location, but no safe for your passports, barely any linens, or toilet paper, not even enough towels for 3 people even though they personally saw there were 3 of us.

If there were any issues during your stay, you could have informed me, and I would have promptly addressed them. It's possible there was a mix-up with another property. This apartment is in a fabulous location for seeing all the historic locations in Athens. We walked everywhere! There is a wonderful little sweet shop/bakery right next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. The bath towels are large and soft. The shower has great water pressure (although there is not a shower head holder on the wall).We did not really use the small kitchen very much, but there is a useful microwave and a good sized refrigerator with freezer. The beds were comfortable and the pillows are very fluffy. We would recommend this apartment.

Fantastic location. The Acropolis Museum is right across the street. Very close to the metro station, Plaka, and south entrance of the Acropolis. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen space has lots of dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils and pots and pans. Highly recommend.

The property served us well (except for the washing machine....) Close to everything (Acropolis etc, car rentals, restaurants). No dining area (for 4) but who had time to dine in?!

Great apartment in a perfect location

A nice place to stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Athens. Clean, safe, air conditioned, and cute. It is on a street that can be busy during peak visiting hours at the Acropolis Museum, but it is quiet at night. Directly below the apartment is a sweet shop and a fruit stand. The apartment is within walking distance of everything you could want to see in Athens and great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. My only criticism is that you have to shower very. quickly because the hot water heater for the apartment is small and the warm water runs out fast. But this would not stop me from returning to this lovely place.

Perfect

Could not have been happier with our stay in Athens. George made the entire process easy and seamless. After learning George offered transfers and private drivers, I took advantage of this 'one stop shop' and was able to enjoy our trip knowing we were well taken care of. We were picked up at the airport by John and brought to the apartment. He walked us through everything we needed to know and allowed us to keep our luggage onsite (even though were arrived hours prior to check-in). The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 - 2 spacious bedrooms and a pull out sofa. Plaka is a fantastic area with restaurants, shops and great night life. We arranged 3 tours through George and were able to see all that Athens had to offer. We again used his services to get to and from the port and back to the airport. Communiation was consistent and thorough. I can not recommend this property and its owner more enthusiastically.

A great location! Steps away from the Acropolis and metro station. Ideal for families or larger groups wanting to tour the Acropolis, Plaka, monastiraki, etc. The hosts were responsive, accommodated an earlier check in, and answered various questions during our stay. There was AC in rooms that kept the whole home feeling cool, and there was an elevator that older members of my family used. Check in was easy, and the place felt like home during our stay in Athens, with close by bakeries and grocery stores, we were able to be steps away from attractions and amenities. Also, if you’re a tourist, there’s a sight seeing bus stop right outside of the home. Would stay again if I wanted to be close to the center :)
