Beautiful updated apartment with everything we needed. Convenience to the metro was great. Easy check-in process, excellent communication throughout our stay. Bonus was the yummy bakery just a block or so away. I would recommend it to friends.

The place and Joannis was a nice as everyone said! His restaurant recommendations were outstanding.Make sure VRBO sends you details on the apartment before you arrive. It is at the end of the hall on the FIRST floor.

Everything was perfect! Our host arranged transportation for us and we were able to check in early. There was a lovely coffee/pastry shop on the corner and a full supermarket a few stores down from that. The apartment was very comfortable, excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water! All the comforts of home were available. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay near the Acropolis in Greece!

Highly recommended this beautiful appartment overlooking lovely green trees from the balcony.A little supermarket, coffee and sandwich shop on your doorstep.Lovely restaurants at the Medieval Town just below the Acropolis.

The host was amazing! The condo was clean, has all the appliances you need, and close to downtown in a great area. If you don’t mind walking? All of downtown Athens attractions are within 3 miles and you can start every morning with a coffee across the street. We did Uber some of the days one way then walked back. Uber picked us up right on corner as we were drinking are fresh greek coffee. Then we would explore and walk back to condo. There is a great local restaurant so close, we would walk to it for late night dinner and loved the local father and son owners. You can copy this and put in google maps, “Mprakatsaki μπΡΑΚΑτσαΚΙ”. There is also a grocery store right past coffee shop. Can’t say enough grate things about this condo. For us it is the place we will always stay when visiting Athens.

The owner is one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered, Ionnis responds very quickly to all of your questions i.e. where is the closest grocery store and restaurants . He let us check in early, which was a plus and the apartment is exactly as shown very clean, very modern. The pans and dishes were clean and new. It did take us about 20 to 25 minutes to get to the Acropolis area from the apartment our Apple Maps and Google maps said it would take that long,. The apartment is in a busy residential area across the street from a playground and on the corner of an automotive store. There’s a grocery within three minutes of walking and a place to get coffee across the street. also, if you need a Car Sevice, he was able to book one directly from the airport, which made our transport seamless.

Wonderful location

My husband and I stayed in Athens only a few nights and this spot fit the assignment! We were able to walk to the Acropolis and other historic ruins as well as walk in the trendy spots with good food and wine.

We stayed here in Athens for over three weeks, and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment was thoughtfully set up with everything required for a comfortable, longer stay. Its location was ideal—within easy walking distance of major attractions, as well as plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and public transit options like the metro and trams.The host was attentive, checking in occasionally by text to make sure everything was going smoothly. He also kindly arranged our airport transportation, which made arrival and departure completely stress-free. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d happily return to.
