Five mins walk to center square, pool, bbq, Wifi

Hi, my name is Per, we recently bought Villa du Soleille. The region is beautiful with lots to explore and the garden, bbq, covered terrace and in ground heated pool are great to come back to after a day out I am really excited at the opportunity to give other people the chance to enjoy a great time on holiday

We chose the house because it has a large garden and there was room to have a pool built and yet it is only a five minute walk to the bars and restaurants in the center of town. Add to that the fact that Prades sits at the foot of Le Canigou mountain with spectacular views, a world heritage site just up the road and a lake with a beach just 10 minutes away. It is impossible to imagine choosing a house in a different place.

We have made the house family friendly, there is a good quality cot in one of the rooms and another bedroom is for young children and has toys in it (the bed can be converted into a double bed for adults). The stairs have safety gates top and bottom, the property is gated and fenced, the garden is separately fenced off and the pool has a child proof safety fence around it. If you don't want to bring a car or hire a car, the train station is ten minutes walk away and connects directly with Perpignan.
