Creta Sun Luxury Apartments is a brand-new, small complex of apartments located in the town of Rethymno, in the suburb of Perivolia, near the beach and all the amenities offered by the resort.
The complex consists of 4 studios and 4 mezzanine-style apartments. Each studio has a size of 27 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. They are equipped with a double bed, a kitchenette, a dining table for 2, a modern shower/WC, and a balcony with patio furniture. All studios are air-conditioned, and they offer a flat-screen smart TV and Wi-Fi.
At the entrance of the building, there is a small reception area, and outside, there is a swimming pool with sunbeds. A small gym is available, and all rooms are accessible via an elevator.
The location of the apartments is ideal, as they are just 300 meters away from the long sandy beach that Rethymno town boasts, 50 meters from a large supermarket, and within a short walking distance to taverns and restaurants. A bus stop is conveniently located just 100 meters away.
