Spacious apartment in classic style located in the Historic Centre of Venice less than 300 metres from the Rialto Bridge and less than 10 minutes walking from St. Mark's Square. The location is considered one of the best in the city, a few minutes from the most beautiful areas of Venice but in a very quiet private courtyard away from the tourist crowds. The apartment consists of: entrance, large dining room, living room, single bedroom and two double bedrooms. Finally, a complete bathroom with bath/shower and a second laundry bathroom with sink, toilet and washing machine. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

There were lots of stairs to climb to get to the unit. Air conditioning worked but was not needed. Heat did not work and nights were chilly.

Way over priced

Pros: location is very good, great mattress, three bedrooms Cons: lots of stairs to climb, dirty, shower is almost unusable, mold in shower, no oven, the apartment and furniture are dated and worn out and in need of replacement, no view of out door space. At the price point, we expected a better accommodation that was updated and clean. Due to the steep and numerous stairs, this is not suitable for children or older adults or anyone with mobility issues. The apartment lacked basics found in other rentals like dishwasher soap, paper towels, bath mat, a usable shower without mold. Overall, quite disappointed with this apartment. Recommend looking at other locations in Venice.
