Perfect place to walk to everything. My family stayed for two nights, loved having two full bathrooms, and communication with host was excellent. Super windy steps, but did not bother us!

Stairs are a little tricky with large suitcases. Would like to have had washcloths and fluffed pillows but overall very pleased with accomadations!

This apartment is just as described and was perfect for our needs. No apartment in Venice is spacious or cool enough in the hot summer months but of all the apartments we stayed in across Italy during our trip this was the best. The bed is comfortable. The location is good. The host was easy to communicate with. All the things you want in a Vrbo.

Amazing! Property team were amazing! Stayed in touch and help us navigate getting to the property. We took a private water taxi from the train and it was a 3 min walk to the VRBO! Great apartment, lots of room and an outdoor space on top which was fabulous! Would recommend and stay her again!

great location

Customer service was excellent from Luca and the team. Perfect little apartment in a great location close enough to everything but also away from the crowds. Very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Highly recommend for a couple or family of 4.

Long vacation

This apartment is squeeky clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a pretty part of town, near a vaporetto stop but away from the crowds. The lovely lady who greeted us as we arrived could not have been more helpful, and responded quickly to our every question. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great apartment in perfect location

Received a lovely welcome and introduction to the apartment which is well laid out and in a fabulous part of Venice. The private roof terrace was perfect for relaxing in the evening - cool and quiet.

Lovely house for family stay

The house was spotless clean, very nicely decorated and fully equipped with an eye for detail to make our stay super comfortable for our family of 4. Lots of smart storage to unpack like you’re at home. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Super good and prompt communications w/host prior/during/after our stay. Location is perfect in a quiet alley away from the business but still only minutes away from restaurants, water taxi/bus, and the main city sights.

Highly recommended stay

We loved this spot and would highly recommend it. Caterina was very communicative and helpful in traveling to and from. Rossana met us at the water bus drop off, led us to the location (a very short walk) and then she kindly gave us a lay of the land. The apartment was perfect for our family. There are narrow stairs, so be prepped for that, but that comes with the territory of Venice overall. And of the places we reviewed, this one stood out as a gem and proved to be!

Giacomo escorted us to the apartment upon on arrival (from private water taxi). He was extremely helpful with luggage, which had to carried up multiple flights of stairs, accommodation amenities, and where to go for the public water taxi when it was time to depart. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and the host was always quick to respond with answers to questions. I had trouble accessing the washing machine (door wouldn’t open) and it had to be pushed up and then pulled outward (we were only pulling the door out). I felt so bad someone was sent to troubleshoot but truly appreciated their quick response time, which allowed us to wash items as needed. My daughter unfortunately had a painful episode (existing medical condition) after returning from dinner that I believe may have caused disruption to neighbors (we tried apologizing to neighbors but they were not around). Overall, this was a very positive experience and beautiful accommodation.

Location excellent, lovely altana overlooking neighbors gardens and various roof tops, kitchen & living room very nice, bathrooms a bit awkward- their layout and location.....might be too many steps for some people....just to get to and once inside.....thank you so much for once again helping me to experience another side of Venice

Elegant apartment with stunning views.

Every window has a different view and the terrace is spectacular. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylishly appointed with good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Lots of useful information and guidebooks provided. Very close to two vaporetto stops and the traghetto takes you over the Grand Canal to the Frari. Characterful, convenient and good value. The dishwasher did not work very well. We would have appreciated a dustpan and brush to sweep up crumbs etc. And one of the single beds lacked an over sheet. Would also be useful to have a drainage tray for washing up.

Die Lage der Wohnung war exzellent, wir wurden sehr gut betreut. Weil die Heizperiode in Venedig noch nicht gestartet hat, ist aber abends schon kühler war, bekamen wir auf unsere Bitte einen gut funktionierenden Heizstrahler in die Wohnung gestellt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Herbstsonne auf der Dachterrasse.

Herausragende Wohnung

Tolle Wochnung, gute Ausstattung. Warmewasserversorgung etwas holprig, man hat aber schnell raus, wie lange das Wasser warm bleibt. Dachterrasse ist natürlich unschlagbar, den Sonnenschirm haben wir leider nicht gefunden, wenn die Sonne voll scheint, wird es dann zu heiss. Es soll aber einen geben.

Idéalement situe

Nous avons apprécié l’appartement pour sa situation géographique, son calme, sa jolie décoration et sa luminosité. Très agréable quelque soit l’heure de la journée. Le confort des assises du salon et du lit de la chambre principale mériteraient un petit renouvellement. La terrasse est agréable mais son accessibilité n’est pas aisée pour ceux qui ont le vertige

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Corte Rossa Terrace

Eine super Betreuung von Anfang an. Über die Aufmachung der Homepage mit der Beschreibung der Unterkünfte, bis zu Abwicklung und Betreuung vor Ort wirklich hervorragend. Die Ausstattung und die Lage der Wohnung ließen keine Wünsche offen Vielleicht sollte man erwähnen, dass diese Wohnung auf Grund der vielen Treppen und Abstufungen nicht für Menschen mit körperlichen Handicap geeignet ist.

Familienurlaub

Das Apartement war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Dachterrasse ein Traum ...leider war bei uns das Wetter so schlecht, dass wir sie kaum benutzen konnten. Die Hocker im Esszimmer sind zu hoch, man kann beim Essen nicht ordentlich sitzen.
