Apartment with independent entrance located in the historic centre of Venice in the Sestiere of Castello, less than 10 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The apartment with prestigious modern finishes consists of a complete kitchen, two living rooms, three bedrooms, three shower bathrooms and a large ground floor terrace. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 8 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival) (ID: IT027042C2Z4DDPQG9).

This is a great location and a beautiful apartment. There are lots of steep steps so guests need to be able to climb but if that is not an issue we strongly recommend staying here. Loved everything about our time in Venice!

Great place

Stayed for couple of days and the unit was perfect. Extremely clean and management communication was excellent! Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to consider this one.

If you're considering this apartment for your visit, just book it! Great location and the apartment is gorgeous! It was perfect for our family of 5 (my husband, myself and our 3 teens/twenty-somethings). Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens for our winter stay. There was a nice spot to grab a cappuccino and a pastry just outside the door. My only regret was not being able to make use of the little outdoor space since our visit was in December!

What a wonderful introduction to Italy as our first stop! This apartment was very clean, modern, bright, comfortable and so spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone and it was actually much nicer than we had expected. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Fantastic Appartement! We really enjoyed our time in this appartement. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Area: Perfect location, quiet yet very close to major attractions. Check-in and communication with host was smooth. We would definitely recommend and stay again.Be mindful it is on a few different levels therefore, there are a lot of stairs.

Very clean, comfortable and fresh

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very clean and updated. The new windows were so nice and easy to use. There are a lot of steps but the place provided so much room for our family to spread out. Very nice!!

70th birthday trip

Sons surprised me with trip to Italy for 70th birthday. The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a great location. We walked to everything except took water taxi to train station. My only negative is that I didn’t not see where it was mentioned the apt consisted of 4 levels and there were lots of stairs. There eas a bedroom and bathroom in each level but it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise wonderful place
