Key Information for Your Stay
Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards.
During reception hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, leave luggage, and collect your keys if you arrive before 3:00 PM.
Outside reception hours: Self-check-in is available. You’ll receive secure online links to complete mandatory guest registration and pay the Barcelona tourist tax before arrival. Once completed, you’ll receive codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance. Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building next door to Hot Jazz.
Check-out: Strictly 11:00 AM. Please take out trash, leave keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.
