A newly project of five boutique villas with the name ''Euphoria Club Luxury Villas'' islocated in the hills of Pefkohori, 1,5 km from the beach, in a quiet and peaceful location very close to the town center. Surrounded by pine trees you will be taken away by the beautiful scents every waking hour, making your stay unforgettable.
Ground floor has one bedroom with one double bed, one bathroom, one kitchenette, and one living roomwith a sofa bed for 2 guests.
The first floor (loft) has one double bed plus one small Bathroom and balcony with amazing sea view.
In the basement, there is a playroom with one 60'' TV, and one bathroom.
The pool dimensions are 2.5x5 and the maximum depth is 1.40.
