Villa Sunny Epta features a small private garden with a pool; it is air-conditioned and accommodates 4 to 5 guests in one double bedroom and a twin. The main bedroom is set on the middle floor and boasts an en-suite shower; the second is a twin bedroom in the loft.
The charming kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the contemporarily designed living room, boasting a decorative fireplace and a sofa that converts into a single bed.
The three levels are joined via an interior staircase, enjoying stunning open sea views.
Pool and gardens
The sparkling pool is accessed via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out with a drink or bite to eat in the nearby external dining space.
