Well-appointed holiday home in quiet and scenic surroundings very close to the beach in Ålbæk. The house is located in a green area at the end of a dead-end road and only 200 meters from the popular beach. The beach is characterized by not allowing cars, the water is relatively shallow and without strong currents. You can easily find a peaceful spot in the fine white sand and can, without worry, enjoy jumping into the water - child, as an adult. After a beach trip, you have easy access to the town center's shops, cafes and restaurants and not least the charming fishing and marina, which, among other things, houses the Havnebad and sauna with panoramic views of Ålbæk Bay, is only 500 meters away. The atmosphere is bright and friendly inside the 90 m2 holiday home, which was built in 1972 and renovated several times, most recently in 2026. The layout is suitable for six people with three bedrooms and a large living area with living room and kitchen in open plan. If you want to gather for a delicious dinner, this is the perfect place to do so, and afterwards you can move to the sofa area for a cozy chat, to watch a movie or play one of the many games available in the cabinets above the dining table. The bathroom contains both a washing machine and a shower. Outdoors, the house is surrounded by a large terrace. There is more garden furniture, a barbecue area, a hammock and sun loungers available. There is also an outdoor shower, where you can take a shower under the open sky while the wild birds sing in the treetops. Wildlife is abundant here on, and around, the 800 m2 large natural plot, and you have plenty of space to frolic on the lawn, kick a ball around and play - there are various outdoor games and play equipment available. Tranquility can descend on the terrace, in the warm water of the delicious wilderness pool or while roasting marshmallows over the cozy campfire. You can park your car on the gravel driveway by the tiled path to the house, and thanks to the house's charging station, you can charge your electric car. In the technical room at the western end of the house you will find various cleaning supplies, equipment for a wild bath, a grill, outdoor games and play equipment, etc. Water reading also takes place in the technical room, electricity reading is done on the northern outer wall behind the technical room and control of cold and hot water for the outdoor shower is operated on the north side of the house under the kitchen window. Pets are allowed, but not in beds and furniture. The house is not available for rental to youth groups. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
