Beautiful apartment with terrace and free WiFi. Located in the exclusive La Senia residence that offers a sunny communal pool and outdoor shower. It is ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood just 1km from the rocky beach of Montañar in Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
This comfortable, modern and bright apartment has 115m² and is tastefully decorated with air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. The property has 3 beautiful bedrooms with standing fans accommodating up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and features an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and is located next to a third bedroom with two other single beds. These two share a second bathroom with shower. The rest of the space is on the same level and offers a modern fully equipped independent kitchen with induction, with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The spacious living-dining room has a table with chairs and a comfortable sofa. Smart TV with panoramic screen, Internet and double doors giving access to the wonderful and spacious 12m² terrace.
On this terrace you can enjoy an outdoor dining table.
In the common areas you can enjoy a wonderful and spacious swimming pool, garden and outdoor shower.
