This villa was NOT designed for a maximum number of beds during its extensive renovation (as is usually the case with holiday homes). For the private owner, generously proportioned, light-filled rooms with large, open passageways were more important than additional, small, separate rooms for beds. Therefore, in this holiday home, you will enjoy the charm and luxury of a villa, the kind you would typically only find in a privately owned property.

The villa is located in the sought-after and popular, upscale district of BALCON-AL-MAR. The villa has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and 2 bathrooms. A fifth bed is available on a sofa bed in the second living room (in the apartment). From the living room, dining room, kitchen and winter garden, with almost floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere, you have a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea, 100 meters away. You can also enjoy truly impressive panoramic sea views from the pool. Even if it looks breathtaking in the photos, the reality cannot be captured in photos.
The accommodation offers a beautiful, automatically irrigated garden of 1,700 square meters with lawn and its own palm garden, as well as a beautiful pool and impressive views of the sea. It is just a few steps (1-2 minutes on foot) to the idyllic white lighthouse of Capo de la Nao with its impressive terrace over the sea or the top restaurant Mirador with 180* sea views.
At the pool itself there is a newly expanded, separate pool house with a complete, fully equipped outdoor kitchen (high-quality fitted kitchen). Of course you can grill, eat, relax there, or at the pool with the incredible sea view... and enjoy the vacation you deserve .

The proximity to the Arenal sand beach, the famous bays of Ambolo and especially Granadella (!) as well as the old town and the harbor district makes this a suitable villa to spend your holidays with family or friends and even your pets.
Various bars and restaurants as well as various shopping opportunities in BALCON-Al MAR just a few hundred meters from the villa and free WiFi round off this top location.

The apartment is integrated into the main house, but has its own access via the garden. The garden exits of the main apartment (double bed in the bedroom) and the apartment (double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room) are right next to each other. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and its own small living room (with television) which leads directly to the garden.
Ideal for maintaining privacy for multiple people. But children also love their “own apartment”. The entrance or exit is as described, right next to the garden entrance or exit of the main apartment

*All consumption (electricity, water, gas, ...) is included in the rental price, apart from any pool heating used. Electricity billing for pool heating is usually done via a separate meter. Thanks to the highly efficient heat pump built in 2024, which is specifically designed as a pool heater, the costs are comparatively very low. Our on-site caretaker will instruct you in the use and handling of the system. You can monitor and control consumption yourself. Costs up to 50 € / week are free; Any additional costs will be billed separately and paid on site.
