Masseria Pepe - La Casina dei Limoni

La Casina dei Limoni offers rooms for up to 5 people in
a farmhouse with swimming pool. The completely renovated historic
structure dating back to the 16th century is located in the countryside
of Maruggio, just 3 km from the beaches of the Ionian Sea.
The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with air conditioning, microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer and TV.
In common, guests have washing machine, swimming pool with solarium. Indoor parking. Pets allowed.

The
casina is on the ground floor, carved out of the oldest part of the
masseria. The mighty walls, the earthenware floor made with ancient
construction techniques testify to the structure`s past and increase its
charm.
The entrance to the interior is into a living room with table and chairs, antique fireplace, plus 3 single beds. From the living room you move to 1 double bedroom with antique bed and en suite shower room. The second shower room completes the house.
The
Casina dei Limoni is a typical rural dwelling and allows you to
experience vacations in a timeless Puglia, in full relaxation enjoying
the surrounding nature and the proximity to the sea. Present is an
outdoor space of exclusive relevance.

The prestigious ancient masseria is located in the countryside of Maruggio, just 3 km from the beaches of Torre Ovo and Campomarino di Maruggio, seaside resorts lying on the Salento`s Ionian arch south of Taranto.
The
property is positioned on a road junction from which it`s easy to reach
various Apulian resorts, renowned wine cellars or restaurants on the
coast to enjoy seafood.
 
All around the farmhouse expanses
of green and red earth dotted with ancient trulli accompany the gaze
toward the blue horizon of the sea, which is clearly visible on clear
days. 
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
