Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. Nestled in a tranquil setting, our cozy garden boasts a beautiful lemon tree and outdoor furniture, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. With its close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants, our location offers convenience and easy access to Fuengirola's vibrant attractions. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed space designed for comfort and relaxation.

1 bedroom apartment near to everything. The kitchen and the livingroom has open layout. There is double bed in the bedroom and a sofabed for 2 persons in the livingroom. The bathroom has shower. All necessary amenities and a beautiful garden part which is not fenced. Beside our garden the neighbours have theirs, it's not shared with other neighbours, but its not fenced off and everyone has their piece. The part shown on the photos is fully private
You are very welcome to bring your pet with you, up to 2 small pets or one big
Travelcot+highchair must be ordered at least 2 days before arrival, and it costs 30€/stay
Beach towels cost 5€/towel, must be ordered at least 2 days before arrival.
In case you need extra laundry, please contact us, and we will let you know the fee
Included amenities for kitchen and bathroom(soap, toilet paper, washing detergent, ect.) are starter packs. After that, it's self-catering
1. Before arrival, we will request passport copies of each guest who are +16 years old, and also you to sign a simple contract. It's needed by law to present for the tax office.
2. Please be quiet from 11pm to 8am
3. No smoking, no drugs
4. Please keep the building and corridors clean
5. Please remove your shoes in the apartment
6. Pets allowed but we take a 50€ cleaning fee/pet
7. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
8. Always keep the apartment door locked when leaving, leaving the door unlocked is a security risk!
9. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
10. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
Check out is at 10:00 Remember we can have a booking same day which means no late check out, so please always talk with us first.
Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government. If the information is not provided before arrival you will not be able to stay with us unfortunately.
