This urbanization has several features to enjoy, such as landscaped areas with lawn, communal swimming pool surrounded by several sun loungers, children's swimming pool, bar with terrace and leisure space.
Apartment on the ground floor, which comprises: Entrance hall; Common room equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs, LCD TV, dining table with 6 chairs; Balcony equipped with a table and 4 chairs, opening onto a vast area of lawn; Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, small fridge with freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster; Bathroom equipped with shower; Two Bedrooms, one en-suite with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom with bathtub and the other with 2 single beds and wardrobe.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment, including all the common areas of the urbanization, such as gardens, Swimming pool, children's pool, bar and leisure area.
