Come spend some quality time with family and friends in our completely furnished beautiful home away from home. Blue Ridge Cabin is located off of Highway 259 on a private road with only 6 privately owned cabins. This eliminates a lot of traffic, dust, neighbors and noise. Excellent location!!! Our cabin is very close to Cedar Creek Golf Course, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, ATV trails, fishing and hunting. We are located literally within minutes of all of Hochatown's new restaurants, gift shops, wineries and breweries. A covered wrap around porch is perfect for relaxing while enjoying your morning coffee or beverage, taking in the scenery, listening to the seasonal creek, watching the wildlife, or enjoying a cookout. Beautiful and safe roads for morning walks or jogs.

Both charcoal and propane grills with grilling utensils. (Charcoal and starter fluid not included)
Fire Pit with rustic log seating, adirondak chairs and picnic table. Limited Firewood for the fire pit is provided. If you need more
firewood there are multiple places to purchase bundles on highway 259 in Hochatown. Please do not leave charcoal grill or fire pit unattended. Put all fires out when going to bed or away from the cabin. DO NOT chop down or damage any trees on the property.
4 Person covered, secluded hot tub with step down deck, stairs, towel hooks and rustic lighting. Hot tub is cleaned, drained and sanitized after each guest. Enjoy some outdoor fun with our Horseshoe Pit, cornhole, washers, and Ladder golf.
Step inside the cabin and wrap yourself in the rustic, beautifully hand scraped pine floors, pine walls and pine ceiling. Blue Ridge has a fantastic open floor plan with a large living room, dining room and kitchen. New leather furniture has been added to the living area including a leather sofa that converts to a full size sleeper, love seat and easy chair. The dining room has pub style seating for 6. The French doors open up to the covered deck incorporating nature into the cabin and creating a relaxing flow of space. The fully stocked kitchen is open and inviting with a breakfast bar and seating for 2. The 2 bedrooms are ample in size with large closets and luggage racks. Both queen sized beds are fitted with quality linens and seasonal bedding. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Direct TV, dressers, night stands, and ceiling fans.

Full sized sleeper with 4" memory foam orthopedic mattress. Sleeper linens provided and located it bedroom closet tote.
Ceiling fans throughout cabin.
Fully stocked kitchen: Includes full size coffee maker, Keurig, hot chocolate pods, Keurig reusable pods, ground coffee, coffee filters, flavored creamer, salt and pepper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and hand soaps.
Full size stacked HE washer and dryer: soap and dryer sheets provided.
Bed and Bath linens provided. Extra linens and blankets provided. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer provided.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors throughout. Fire extinguishers in coat closet and back patio.
-Blue Ridge is NON smoking inside the cabin. An ashtray is provided on the deck for outside smoking. Please dispose of cigarette butts and ashes in the ashtray or fire pit. Do not throw them on the ground or put them out on the deck boards.
-Please research for burn bans during your stay. Fire pit use is prohibited during burn bans.
-ATV trails are close by. A map will be provided. Please note that 4 wheelers and ATV's are prohibited on all public roads. They can be ridden on ATV marked roads and trails only. Getting caught on an unmarked road will result in a 300$ fine, I learned that the hard way! Trailer and ATV unload is literally minutes away on the back road, don't risk it.
-Pet Policy: Dog Friendly with pet fee. Maximum of 2 pets. Please bring a crate and bedding for your pet. Please keep pet crated while you are away from the cabin. Pets may be fine at home but may be fearful in a different environment. Please keep pets off of ALL the furniture, including beds and sofas. Please don't use cabin linens for pets. This is for future guests allergy concerns and eliminates the risk of pet damage to furniture. Pets must be current on Rabies vaccine, and Flea/Tick prevention. Check pets for fleas and ticks after they go outside before they go back into the cabin. Make sure your pet has a collar, tags or microchip so they can be identified if lost. The property is not fenced so take pets out on a leash. There are wildlife that they will chase. Any pet damage to the cabin or contents will be at guest expense. Any additional cleaning of pet hair, feces, urine or parasites in the cabin will be billed as an additional cleaning service.
-Must be 22 to book the cabin. The reservation holder will be responsible for any damage, losses, or excessive cleaning that may occur during your stay. Deposit and payment requirements are subject to the policies of VRBO/Homeaway.
-Maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
-There are no refunds or rain checks given due to inclement weather. We cannot control that in any way.
-You will be emailed a lock box code and the driving directions the week of your stay. The Cabin keys are located in the lock box. Keys are guests responsibility. There are no extras. Keep them in a safe place and return to the lock box when you lock up the cabin and head home. In the event of a lock out a back up key holder will be called out and a fee will be assessed for their time and travel.
- There is no cabin greeter. This is your stay and your privacy. We are an owner operated property. We live in Tulsa Oklahoma which is a 3 hour drive. We are just a phone call, text or email away should you need help with anything or have any questions. Please know we welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy your stay. Make some great memories!
