This villa-complex refers to those who want to discover the beach life but have all the comforts for a relaxing holiday!

“Al Mare Selective Accommodation” Complex consists of 3 separate villas; “Sole al Mare”, “Aria al Mare” and “Perla al Mare”.
Enjoy the comfort of living near the city, in a suburb where everything can be found easily in walking distance.

Interior
These two villas are identical. The only difference is their decoration. These two villas consist of two floors and cover 90sqm.
Entering each of these two villas, the open space living room and fully equipped kitchen makes the house ergonomic, as moving from the kitchen to the terrace with the BBQ makes everything easy to use.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an open-style wardrobe and a double bed (160x200cm). Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower and hydro-massage where there is also the washing machine.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a view to the sea. Is a bedroom with two single beds(90x200cm), which can be made as a double bed upon request. That bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A small living room there is also on the upper floor with a comfortable couch which can also become a double bed.

Exterior
The private garden with the swimming pool (30sqm) (7x3,50m) looks like a private paradise! From the terrace you can feel the water of the swimming pool! It is just next to it! Is a relaxing wonder! There is a shallow part in the swimming pool that is ideal for the kids to play, but also relax into the water while enjoying the summer sun! Equipped with a wooden gazebo and sunbeds on the grass there is nothing missing for sunbathing.
The beautiful exterior dinner table and the BBQ invite you to prepare your own delights and try Cretan Mediterranean cuisine which is one of the healthiest and most popular ones. The BBQ is charcoal or gas and you can choose what you prefer.
The open market in Rethymno city is the place to find high quality traditional products to use for your own creations.

Interior
The house covers 55sqm and consists of two floors. Entering the villa, the open space living room and fully equipped kitchen makes the house ergonomic, as moving from the kitchen to the terrace with the BBQ makes everything easy to use. There is a modern romantic atmosphere created on the ground floor, where there is the open space bedroom with a double bed(160x200cm) and an open-style wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a shower with hydro-massage.
On the upper floor is the second bedroom with a nice view to the sea and two single beds. The two single beds(90x200cm) can be made as double bed upon request. That bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, where there is also a washing machine.

The house has its own private entrance with a small garden in front. In the garden there is a Jacuzzi and outdoor furniture, ideal to relax.
The beautiful exterior dinner and the charcoal BBQ invite you to prepare your own delights and try Cretan Mediterranean cuisine, which is one of the healthiest and most popular ones. The open market in Rethymno city is the place to find high quality traditional products to use for your own tasteful creations.

Only “Al Mare Selective Accommodation” Residents use private umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach in front of the Villa Complex, which comply with the appropriate distance from any other sunbeds or umbrellas that may be around.
