we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!

Authentic Tuscany Escape
WARNING: IF YOU STAY HERE YOU WILL WANT TO MOVE TO ITALY!
Our stay at this charming cottage in a picturesque Tuscan village was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst other country homes and surrounded by lush meadows, the cottage offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the tranquil beauty of the countryside with its fresh air greeting us at every turn. The cottage itself was immaculately maintained, with cozy, inviting interiors that felt like a home away from home. The wooden beams, and soft, neutral tones made the space feel warm and peaceful, while the large windows allowed us to take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. One nice addition was the outdoor space—a lovely private patio where you can enjoyed breakfast or a leisurely evenings sipping wine. The quiet, gravel roads surrounding this cottage, made for relaxing walks both in the morning and after dinner, just like a local! The village center was just a short stroll away, with charming cafes, local markets, and delicious trattorias offering a true taste of authentic Tuscan life. The owners were incredibly welcoming & attentive, providing us with great recommendations for local hidden gems in the area. We loved exploring nearby towns, and strolling through the countryside, but honestly, the cottage was so inviting that it was hard to leave! If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic escape in Tuscany, this cottage is it!
