El apartamento (de unos 80 metros cuadrados.) Se encuentra en una primera planta (no planta baja) de un antiguo palacio. Es apto para max. 3 adultos y un niño. Está bien equipado y bien amueblado. En la cocina hay un lavavajillas, microondas, horno, vitrocerámica cocina eléctrica, nevera, etc. No muy lejos de la zona comercial, el apartamento está situado en el corazón del centro histórico de Lucca, zona medieval.
El centro de la ciudad está muy bien conservado y el apartamento está bien situado dentro de las murallas de la ciudad en un edificio en el corazón histórico de la ciudad vieja.
Se trata de un apartamento de nuevo, magníficamente restaurado, con todas sus características originales intactas. Cuenta con una elegante sala de recepción luminoso con mesa de comedor para 6 personas, TV vía satélite y Wi-Fi.
La ubicación de esta propiedad hace que el piso bastante singular: Se encuentra en una zona muy arriba en el mercado de Lucca, a sólo unos minutos del legendario Anfiteatro y algunas de las mejores tiendas, cafeterías, bares y pubs. Si te gusta caminar o andar en bicicleta, hay algunos grandes caminatas en las paredes de Lucca. En el verano es muy divertido deambulando alrededor de ver grupos jugando softbol y picnics o el uso de los restaurantes de la pared y disfrutar de conciertos. Hay un lugar alquiler con bicicletas para contratar a la vuelta de la esquina del apartamento.
Los servicios de trenes y autobuses que te llevan por todas partes usted va a querer ir y es una forma muy divertida de ver el país desde el autobús / tren! Transporte desde y hacia los aeropuertos es muy fácil.

The apartment is Lucca authentic. Centrally located with easy access to the shopping street and restaurants. Short walk to the wall and piazzas. Internet problems. Few towels and extra linens. Tommaso was difficult to reach.

Hello Waine, I am really sorry for the internet problems, but they were general problems in that area of the town. Now everything is working. Our communication was not easy also before your arrival and when I came and pick you up at the train station. As to problems of few towels, you did.not mention it. You asked to have supplementary pillow large cases but I explained that only standard pillow cases were available. Change of linen are normally made only after a one week's staying, but if requested by my clients I have done on demand. Thank you for having chosen my apartment. I wish you the best

The apartment in Lucca located in the old town is in a perfect location - quiet and very clean and close to all the shops and cafes. Tommas the host is very kind and couldn't be more helpful - even provide a bottle of red wine and free tickets to a piano recital.

Perfect apartment in a beautiful town

The property had everything we needed for an extended stay. Its location within the city walls provided an opportunity to find bars and cafes frequented by locals, while the tourist attractions were only a short walk away. Right near the walls making morning and evening walks along the wall easy and enjoyable. Easy access to great gelato, cappuccino, and via fillungo. Amazing!

This apartment was the highlight of our Italy locations. Tomasso was so very helpful to us and even gave us a brief history of the city. The apartment had everything you could think of, including original, signed art on the walls. The apartment was close to everything! Lucca is a special place. We will be back!

A perfect ending

After a month in Italy, we finished with Tomasso’s wonderful help. He was patient and kind when we had online trouble from our end. Spacious apartment, centrally situated

The apartment is situated in the old area inside the walls. It is very spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. It is a good starting point to explore the marvellous inner city with all impressive sights as well as all the narrow alleyways. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The only small disadvantage are the steep stairs, which may be a problem for tall people with hip or knee problems.

Summer in Lucca

Our stay with Tomasso was fantastic. He picked us up at the bus stop in Lucca and drove us to his apartment. Location is fantastic. Apartment is very well appointed and well stocked with kitchen basics. He told us about nearby restaurants and bars. He is charming and helpful and made us feel so welcome. At the end of our holiday he drove us to Pisa airport. We would definitely go back to his apartment. Thank you for a great holiday.

Lovely Tuscany home base in Lucca

My friend and I based our Tuscany holiday inside the walls of Lucca and loved every moment. Tommaso is a lovely host, pleasant and even offering us a ride from the train station and back with our luggage. The apartment is steps away from many excellent restaurants, shops and the walls. We rented bikes several days, as well as enjoying walks along the Lucca walls. Train station is only a 20 minute walk Or a short bus ride for excursions to Florence, Pisa, but our days in Lucca were probably our favourite. Thank you, Tommaso, for a lovely apartment stay and all your recommendations & helpfulness!

Exceptional

The apartment is excellent,very roomy and comfortable for three people.It is well positioned being central, near so many lovely sites and with easy access to the wall which we walked in it's entirety. However it is the attentiveness of Tommaso the owner which makes this such an exceptional find. Not only were we collected and returned to the airport but we were treated to a tour of Pisa before we left. Thank you Tommaso we really did appreciate all your efforts. Thanks for your kindness. I really hope you will come back. You have still to taste of of Lucca's favourite recipes (not only buccellato). I suggest to try "Garmugia" which is a minestrone (soup) made with fresh ingredients that grow in late April and early May in our region. It is considered a noble dish because aside from fresh vegetables (artichokes, asapragus tips, fresh peas and fava beans, onions) it also contain lean beef and pancetta (pork belly). No spices are added. The soup contains only those natural spring flavours recalling the "terra" so loved by its people. Of course you need to add extra virgin olive oil, homemade bread etc. If you need complete ingredients and recipe, please let me know. Regards Tommaso

Our time in Lucca

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Lucca. Tomasso is a charming host, who met us at the train station and gave us a ride back there at the end of our stay. His apartment, thoroughly modern, in a building from the 13th Century is quite spacious for a stay of any length of time. Tastefully decorated. Quite convenient to small bakeries and grocery stores, as well as coffee shops and gift stores. Christine and I were able to walk to many attractions within the walled city; the location of the apartment, with the use of a map, is nice. Quiet at night. We liked it very much.

It was my first money investiment. I renovated it twice trying not to lose the original characteristics.

When my clients arrive they say that they feel at home. I am referring to my apartment before the total renovation. I suppose they will feel at home also now, after the renovation. I like helping people, coming from all over the world, to spend their holidays in Italy by offering them holiday accommodation and interesting and fun things to do, i.e. a , cultural or gastronomical tour, Italian lessons, cooking or painting courses or anything else they might want to do during their stay in my apartment.
My apartment could be the base for excursions to the old Tuscny towns. It is located near to restaurants, shopping are etc.
