No clear instructions on check out. Gate was locked and on a time delay. We had to leave at 645 am to catch our flight and there was no one to take the remote fob for the gate after we opened it. It had to be left back in the rental which was about 200 yards from the gate. There was no pedestrian exit, So we were at the mercy of another resident opening the gate for us to leave. We nearly missed our flight the shower in one bedroom had no hot water and there was a sewer smell the last day we were there.

The villa smelled like sewer, they had air fresheners in every room, trying to cover up the smell. There were five bathrooms, but there was not enough hot water for five bathrooms. When we got there, the air-conditioning was not on or it was not working and it took hours for them to get that taken care of for us. WhenI would communicate with them it would usually take days for them to respond. Before we checked out, I tried to correspond with them, and there was no return message given to me about how to check out what to do with our towels or what to do with our bedding or what to do with our keys. The communication was horrible. But the smell of the villa was absolutely disgusting. There was a dead lizard in our shower. It really smelled like sewer. The villa looked beautiful, but it smelled absolutely disgusting.
