Villa dei Girasoli is located in the municipality of Massarosa, an area characterized by lush greenery, near the seaside resorts of the Versilia coast.

Surrounded by a private fenced garden with lawn and several plants, the property boasts a beautiful pool (12 x 6 m), open from mid-May to September, and equipped with parasols, sunbeds and gazebos with chairs and tables. Near the pool you will find two toilets and a comfortable changing room.

Under the large patio there is a dining table for 10 people, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, ideal for preparing tasty pizzas and grills.

At guests' disposal also a large uncovered parking for 8 cars.



Internal Description



Villa dei Girasoli is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 11 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. The property is provided with some fans. Small pets are allowed on request.



Ground floor: You are welcomed by a large and bright living room with corner sofa, tv, desk and chair. Following is a spacious and modern kitchen-dining room with direct access to the garden, fully equipped with: dining table for 10 people, fireplace, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, thermos for drinks, and American coffee machine.

The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom with shower and wardrobe. One bedroom also has a baby bed.

The floor is completed by a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.



First floor: The upper floor, reached by climbing some stairs, houses a large triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with sofa.



Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
