Guest Access:
We offer a Meet & Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process sent to your email after your booking is confirmed.
This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.
Once your ID is verified, you must let us know your arrival time so we can arrange your check-in with a staff member.
👜 Luggage: If you are arriving before 3 pm, we have luggage storage service available from 10 am.
🚗 Parking: we do not have parking facilities, therefore we recommend Stasher find flexible and cheap parking spaces available around you. Alternatively, Q-Park Lane is a 2minutes walk from the apartment and you can leave your car for £50/24h

The location was AMAZING! A few things that were a set back is we told the property management team we were landing very early and they did nothing to accommodate us with this information and they didn't even end up checking us in on time which was a huge bummer. Upon our checkout they wanted to see what time we were leaving, so they easily could've prepped us with our check in time when the other group left. They also asked to access our unit when we were not there to look at future decor and we said no then the next day our water heater turned off so they conveniently had to access the property. Definitely turned off by the management team, 4 flights of stairs throughout the property so every room is on a different level. Overall, the location was the best thing about this listing.

We’re sorry that your experience with check-in did not meet expectations.
As early check-in is subject to availability, we’re unable to confirm this in advance and can only assess it on the day of arrival. On this occasion, the apartment was still being prepared, so an early check-in was unfortunately not possible. However, we did arrange luggage storage so you could make the most of your time in the area.
We always ask guests for their arrival and departure times to coordinate cleaning and ensure the apartment is ready in the best possible condition. This is a standard process to avoid delays wherever possible.
Regarding access to the apartment, we fully respected your decision when you declined our request. The subsequent issue with the water heater was unrelated. The system cannot be controlled remotely, and there would be no reason for us to interfere in such a way.
Throughout your stay, we remained responsive and supportive—providing local recommendations, detailed arrival instructions, and assistance whenever needed. At the time, you also confirmed that everything was satisfactory.
