Family friendly house in peaceful residential area. A commutable distance to beach resorts on Mactan Island or sight seeing in Cebu City.

Furnished accommodation. Master bedroom with ensuite bath room. Second floor is an open space area with a balcony to walk around outside of it. There is a private swimming pool with night lighting. Parking area and social areas outside to relax. 24 hours CCTV

There is a caretaker that lives next door who can help guests. Free and unlimited Wifi included.

There is a beach resort nearby about 50 meter away from the Casa. Pacific Cebu Resort where you can dine and chill while using there bar and Restaurant. A laundry is located nextdoor to the property which has wash and dry services available.

It was a very nice place, the grounds keeper was very helpful, right down to they were on problems we were not even aware that had taken place. Sheila was super nice and helpful and took good care of us!

A Happy Nook

I really could appreciate the historic qualities of their two story with a quiet pool. They had attentive watch on property in a nestled part of what was once a full time resort city now in retirement. Their was some noise from the tall buildings nearby, but only serving to keep a sense of realty .

Overall, The property was great! Love the swimming pool. Love the property caretaker.Had an issue with the water pressure because the pressure tank broke. The owner and property manager was on it and replaced the the pressure tank. Overall, I recommend this property to anyone that loves privacy and comfort....
