Home Select International presents this charming single-storey villa, completely renovated in 2022 with great taste, perfectly combining a modern and bright style with Mediterranean warmth and charm.
Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a lovely front garden with a paved path and a private parking area. Through an exterior gate, you access the living area, where you’ll find a built-in barbecue and a pleasant covered terrace with a dining table for six, offering direct views of the pool and the canal — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy outdoor meals.
Large windows lead to the bright living-dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV with French channels, and air conditioning. A cozy dining corner for four and a fully renovated kitchen in a rustic-modern style — equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator — complete this bright and functional space.
The main house features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and another with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), both with air conditioning. Between them, there is a modern bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and WC.
An exterior entrance leads to a third independent bedroom, a true oasis of tranquility, with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and beautiful views of the pool and canal.
The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying the Costa Brava’s climate: a private pool (4 x 7 m), six sun loungers, and at the back, a 12-meter mooring — perfect for those arriving by boat or enjoying water activities.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, electric shutters, and a garage ideal for storing bicycles or sports equipment.
Pets are not allowed.Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented for €15 per person (sheets) or €25 per person (sheets + towels).No groups of young people are accepted.
