A Step from the Lake Apartment is a modern and bright two-room apartment located in a quiet residential area of Como , just a 10-minute walk from the center and the Como Lago station. The perfect base for exploring Lake Como and its wonders, combining relaxation, comfort and strategic location.
Ideal for couples, small groups and business travelers, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The spaces are designed to offer functionality and well-being: double bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, full kitchen and bathroom with window and large shower. The niche with desk illuminated by natural light is perfect for smart working or for planning excursions. Air conditioning and fast WiFi guarantee comfort in every season.

By far our favorite place to stay in Italy. Apartment felt very homey. Very close to Lake Como and tons of things to do! Will definitely stay herr again if we come back. Host was amazing and made sure our needs were met!

Happy in Como!

Location was awesome - safe, accessible to city center and lake, walkable. Host was superb - answered all questions in a timely manner and gave guidance and assistance related to our scheduling, travel and activity needs.

This was a great apartment close to all the action in central Como. It was clean and comfortable. The hot water pressure in the shower was slow but everything else was as described.

Great location in Como

A comfortable appartment. Small but comfortable.We likened the cleanliness of the appartment, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Plenty of storage/hanging space. Excellent TV and associated programmes. Good Wifi.Excellent security.Very little noise.Kitchen quite adequate but limited utensils.More garbage bags needed to be left.Also inadequate cleaning cloth. No clothes washing liquid supplied. Limited dish washer cleaning cubes.Location excellent.Agent superb and so helpful.
