The Space:

You will find at your disposal a spacious living area with a dining table and a cozy balcony; a fully equipped kitchen; 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities for your comfort. This will be the perfect place to fully immerse yourself in the true essence of Porto.



For a better experience, our apartment features electric heaters, a dishwasher, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV box with channels.

Guest Access:

The guest has access to the entire apartment!



The Neighborhood:

Situated on the popular Rua de Fernandes Tomás, in the privileged Poveiros area, this location retains the distinct and iconic characteristics of Porto. Close to the Jardim do Campo 24 de Agosto, frequented mainly by the locals, you'll find the city's traditional shops, great restaurants, supermarkets, and paid parking. Right in front of the apartment, there is a large square with a commercial area, so you'll have everything you need just a few meters away.



The best public transport option is the Campo 24 de Agosto Metro Station/Bus Terminal, which is about 200 meters away, with several bus options nearby as well. Rua de Santa Catarina, Bolhão, Avenida dos Aliados, Galeria Paris, and São Bento are all within walking distance from the apartment. A helpful tip: the bus number 500 departs from the São Bento Station and follows the entire route along the Douro River, through Foz, the beaches, and ends at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find regional products and a variety of fresh fish from the city.

Key collection is done at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, you will be charged a cost (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of one of their employees to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
