It was an absolute delight to have François as our guest in our luxurious apartment! Our communication was simply outstanding, with a warm and friendly exchange from the very first interaction to the last. The apartment was left in pristine condition, almost as if it were brand new! We could not have asked for a more gracious and considerate guest. We would be thrilled to have them grace our doorstep once more in the future. YOUROPO Team

Youropoapartmentos doesn’t get paid by by the booking site. l instead the day before you check in they demand payment by a link that did not work. In order to check in we had to go to their office. Once there we learned for the first time that our apartment was on the fourth floor of a building with no elevator. They managed to change us to a building with an elevator after a big hassle. That unit was a one bedroom when we had booked a two bedroom WE were told it was our only option. When we asked for a partial refund we were told the replacement one bedroom was in a better location. After sleeping on the couch I am grumpy and feeling like I was cheated.

Muy buen apartamento. Muy cómodo. Ideal para familias. Nos atendieron muy amablemente. La zona es espectacular. La única pega para personas que necesiten accesibilidad, es q nos toco un depto en el jultimo piso.
