I purchased this because of the location. Close to london. and easy access to beach, Margate Old Town and Cliftonville . You can chose to be in the noise of Maragte, or not.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
For me is the STEP FREE ACCESS from the street to the house and the house to the beach! This means you can roll a canoe or wheelchair to and from the sea. The original planning application have this house as full wheelchair access (Thanet DC scuppered that!) but I have managed to keep one bedroom downstair (but couldnt get a bathroom downstairs). Its also got a relaxing light feel inside and a lovely south facing garden.
