External Living | Private Pool & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 700m² outdoor area - with 50m² lawn area and is embellished with a 65m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep), a six-seater, heated Spa Whirlpool, as well as special children’s pool compartment (0,60 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers & Bali beds before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Electric BBQ & Sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor lounge area with fire pit is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun sink into the ocean. With outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.


*The pool features a SaltWater biological cleaning system, with no chlorine, which makes it gentler on the eyes and skin during use. *The coverage of water in total - including the Pool, Spa Whirlpool & children’s pool - is 95m².


Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 80€/day
Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (featuring a play house, slide, seesaw, Score 4) for our younger guests, as well as a Ping Pong table to master your skills inspiring adventure and togetherness.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 210m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms (plus a WC), each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.


The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated at two single armchairs that are both convertible to a single bed with real mattress, and can be placed either at the specially designed open plan lounge area of the first floor (featuring also a 32’’ Smart TV), or at one of the bedrooms of the first floor, or at the main living room area of the ground floor. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.

Villa En Paraiso is blissfully set in the outskirts of the historic Maroulas Village offering a convenient location, settled within just 1,5km walking distance to the beach, beach bars, shops, super markets & restaurants which can be found on your way to the beach resort Platanias, offering an elaborated tourist infrastructure of restaurants, cafes, tourist shops, etc. Summer night clubs and bars are concentrated along the Platanias beach road. Taverns serving typical fresh Cretan dishes can be found on the way to Arkadi at a short distance offering good quality for price value.

Nearby locations also include Adelianos Kampos, where shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found within hand’s reach, such as supermarket, restaurant & bar. Next to Adelianos Kampos you will find Pigianos Kampos with its vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports.

Also famous Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need during your holiday breakand can be easily reached by car within 10 minutes driving.
