L'appartement, calme et accueillant, est situé au 5ème étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble résidentiel, non loin de la célèbre Piazza San Cosimato, l'un des endroits les plus animés de Rome. Il se compose d'une spacieuse chambre double, d'une jolie deuxième chambre avec lit simple et salle de bain attenante, d'un spacieux séjour avec canapé-lit double, d'une deuxième salle de bain, d'une cuisine équipée, d'un coin buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Idéal pour les familles et les voyages d'affaires. Environnement entièrement climatisé, Wi-Fi haut débit et TV. Lit bébé disponible sur demande. Marché de fruits et légumes, glaciers, restaurants et supermarché à quelques mètres. Note importante : à partir du 15 janvier 2026, l’immeuble fera l’objet de travaux d’entretien de la façade, avec installation d’échafaudages. L’appartement restera entièrement utilisable et les travaux n’affecteront pas les espaces intérieurs.

We had a great stay in Trastevere. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and easy to explore Rome from there. Antonio was very welcoming and provided helpful information and recommendations during check-in, which made our stay even smoother. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our time in Rome. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood in Trastevere. It’s very easy to walk to local restaurants and shops. There is a farmers market every morning on the piazza around the corner. You are minutes from the Tiber River where you can cross at any number of bridges to enter the heart of Rome. We like the location because it’s not too crowded with tourists. The host is very responsive to requests. Building is super quiet. Neighborhood sounds quiet down significantly by 9:00 p.m. The elevator is nice to use after a day of walking around Rome. If you like walking go up to the Garibaldi memorial on the hill behind the apartment for great views of Rome.

Great host and property! Comms were great and property was well maintained. Safe area and great eateries and stores nearby. Mini mart across street has all the essentials too.

We really loved the apartment. Clean. Great location. A few minor touches would have earned 5 stars. There was only one roll of toilet paper. There were no paper towels or dish clothes in the kitchen. No coffee maker (only espresso) or toaster. But overall, if you love Trastevere, you will love this apartment.

Great stay

Awesome location close to a bunch of restaurants and bars, but far enough you don’t hear noise. 30 min walk to Vatican, Colosseum and 40 to Trevi. Everything was clean and great.

Spacious apartment in buzzing Trastevere

Perfect sized apartment for families with 3-4 children/teenagers. In a great neighborhood with awesome restaurants and walking distance of most of Rome. Two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms was key. We were running late for check in, but the property managers were very accommodating. Great people to do business with.

Can't beat the location!

This was our first trip to Italy and first time using Vrbo for a trip abroad. The communication and check in was smooth and seamless and the accommodation was exactly what we needed after the long travel day. And the location was PERFECT! Delightful apartment in great neighborhood

We loved staying in this apartment. It was clean and as shown in photos. Easy check-in, with a host meeting us in person and showing us around. Check-out was a breeze.The location is fantastic, with great shops, restaurants, etc. as well as transit options all plentifully available. A bit of noise in the evenings, as is typical for Trastevere.

This apartment was perfect for family of four adults and had everything we needed .. washer/dryer .. dishwasher and two separate showers. 5 th floor was quiet with a small but reliable elevator. The area of Trestavere is popular with locals and lots of great food/market options. Transport was easy and Pantheon/ Piazza Nevona was 20 min walk. Could have just stayed in Trestavere. We will return to that unit again.

It was a decent place in a nice area. Close to shops, restaurants, etc. A few issues. First the air conditioning. It was very hot and there were some issues. The one unit rattled often. They did come and check it and of course it wasn’t rattling when they came. It did not cool off the room that well, and it was a smaller room. They came again to check it but it still did not cool down the room. There was also an email sent to keep the temp at 26 degrees Celsius which is 78 degrees F. That is entirely too hot especially with the outdoor temperature. They also posted a sign stating we would be charged more for using the air conditioner too much. Also, the day after we arrived we had to close all windows and leave the air off for several hours due to pest control spraying. I also went to take a shower and it started off warm and then turned ice cold. I had shampoo in my hair and had to finish my shower in ice cold water. They did come and fix it but I had already had the shower. They also left 2 large holes in the ceiling after as they told me they didn’t have time to fix it completely. They gave us 1 large towel and 2 small ones per person. We were there for 4 full days. Especially with the weather, you frequently have to shower. I asked for a few more towels and was told it would be an additional 30. I have never stayed in a VRBO and had limited towels. I just feel they should have communicated certain things in the description.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. During your stay, we responded to every request promptly and provided assistance even during a national holiday, when many businesses and service providers were closed. Despite our efforts, it became clear that your expectations went well beyond the services offered by a private apartment, and unfortunately none of the solutions we provided seemed to satisfy you. The hot water issue was caused by an unexpected technical problem and was restored as quickly as possible. The temporary openings in the bathroom ceiling were necessary to complete the repair. Regarding the air conditioning, the email was sent to help our international guests operate the system correctly, as many are accustomed to different types of A/C. It was not intended to prevent its use. A setting of 26°C is the recommended operating temperature for the system and is considered a comfortable indoor temperature. As clearly stated in our listing, this is a private apartment in a residential condominium, not a hotel. Daily housekeeping, complimentary towel replenishment, and other hotel-style services are not included, although additional services are available upon request for a fee. Finally, our apartment offers excellent value for its location in Trastevere at a price significantly lower than comparable hotels. We encourage guests to choose the type of accommodation that best matches the level of service they expect.

Trastevere!

Power went out with it almost 100 degrees out, which also made us have no hot water. Mainetance did come to fix hot water heater. Be sure to get clear directions on how to use AC, it was very hot to sleep. A bit noisy outside all night. Very clean, easy Check-in, mgr met us there. We recommend it as it was in a great walkable location to all the action!

Hi Michelle, thanks for your iìtime in reviewing our property. As explained in our welcome book, in Italy we have a standard voltage which, if exceeded, causes the electric meter to temporarily cut off the use of electricity, so you will have to restore the power (instructions are in the welcome book inside the apartment). Please, be reminded that Trastevere is one of most vibrant area of Rome, a bit of noise is quite normal during the night and the weekend.
