External Living | Private Pool & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 400m² outdoor area - with 70m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) and a special children’s pool compartment (0,40 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ & sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 280m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts five bedrooms & five en suite bathrooms (plus a WC) , each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. With an abundance of al fresco activities in which to immerse yourself, you're unlikely to venture too far afield when you take exclusive hire of the Villa.


The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at the Attic type bedroom. The maximum capacity is 11 guests.

Babis Villa is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
