Olive Beach is a ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of Jávea Port.
Located in the charming Jardínes del Sol I complex, the apartment has access to the large communal swimming pool and gardens, and a private underground parking space with remote control entry.
Please note that the apartment can be accessed from the parking area via the lift or stairs, but to access the pool area and gardens you must walk outside the complex to the side entrance on Avenida del Furs. It is a paved walk of only 2 or 3 minutes.
Inside the apartment, the kitchen is located next to the hallway and provides access to the first of two external balconies. The kitchen balcony overlooks the main street, towards the sea, and is situated above several popular restaurants and cafés that line the bustling avenue.
The charming and bright dining room looks out onto the larger of the two balconies, with views of the garden and the olive trees below. A covered outdoor dining area is the perfect place to eat outside, and there are several loungers and chairs for those who want to sunbathe. It is a wonderful space throughout the year and benefits from winter sun during the coldest months.
The three bedrooms have air conditioning, built-in wardrobes and plenty of space. The master bedroom overlooks the garden and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, whilst the two front bedrooms face the Avenue and share a family bathroom, with an inset bath/shower.
JH Loves: The spacious rooms, the lovely garden balcony and the fabulous location, close to bars, restaurants, boutiques and the beachfront of Jávea Port.
JH Top Tips: Los Olivos is located in the same complex as Los Olivos Beach and just 150 metres from the Jardínes del Sol II apartment. So, if you're going on holiday with family but looking for your own space, booking two or three apartments could be the perfect solution!
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious, well situated, apartment which comes with an underground car park space. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook when on holiday) and there was plenty of seating and storage space for our family of four with University age children. The apartment enjoys the use of shared gardens and a fabulous pool which we had to ourselves on a couple of occasions - and never shared with more than half a dozen people! The sea/beach, port area, shops and bars/restaurants are on the doorstep. It says a lot about the place that our only negative comments are that it would be great if beach/pool towels were provided, and also more rubbish sacks, dishwasher tablets and T-towels. We would all happily stay in this apartment again, and would recommend it to anyone thinking of a stay in Javea (we booked through "Javea Holidays" who were very easy to deal with regarding keys pick up etc).

Een heerlijk licht en ruim appartement, met twee balkons
dicht bij de zee en in het centrum.
Vervanging van het koffie zet apparaat, zeer gebruiks onvriendelijk en helaas zonder gebruiks aanwijzing.
het zou fijn zijn als deze vervangen zou worden voor een nesspresso app.
De lig kussens op het balcon zijn aan vervanging toe.
Graag een gebruiks aanwijzing voor de magnetron.
De parkeerplaats in de garage is zeer moeilijk toegankelijk.
Eveneens de toegang vanuit de garage naar de lift.
Wat helaas niet te verbeteren valt is het lawaai en overlast van het cafe onder het app.Vooral het voetbalspel geeft veel overlast, als de bal tegen de wanden knalt, en als we aan de winnende hand zijn .De euforie daarna is door het hele app.te horen.

We willen je ook bedanken voor het aangeven van gebieden waar we kunnen verbeteren. Uw opmerkingen zijn ongelooflijk waardevol voor ons:
Koffiezetapparaat: we zijn al bezig om het te vervangen door een Nespresso-apparaat voor een betere ervaring. We willen ook vermelden dat er instructies beschikbaar zijn in het appartement voor alle keukenapparatuur, die zich in de lade in de keuken bevinden.
Kussens op het balkon: Bedankt voor het wijzen op de staat van de balkonkussens. We zullen ze binnenkort vervangen om een beter comfort voor toekomstige gasten te garanderen.
Toegang tot de garage: We begrijpen dat de parkeerplaats en de toegang tot de lift lastig kunnen zijn. Helaas zijn dit structurele kenmerken van het gebouw, maar we werken aan duidelijkere richtlijnen om uw toegang soepeler te laten verlopen.
Lawaai van het Café beneden: We betreuren de overlast veroorzaakt door het lawaai ten zeerste. De eigenaar van het café heeft ons verzekerd dat hij de bar geluidsdicht zal maken om het lawaai in de toekomst te verminderen. Hoewel we het probleem niet helemaal kunnen oplossen, hopen we dat dit de situatie voor toekomstige gasten aanzienlijk zal verbeteren.
We stellen uw begrip en geduld zeer op prijs terwijl we werken aan het verbeteren van de gastervaring. Uw feedback is voor ons van onschatbare waarde en we zouden u in de toekomst graag onder nog betere omstandigheden terug verwelkomen.
