The brand new apartment "Superior Double 1 with kitchenette" area is a modern studio hosting 2 guests at the ground floor of the building "Bentzi...Boutique Apartments" located at Pangrati, one of the most central urban Athens areas
It is internally designed, decorated and furnished with a mix-and-match, basically contemporary style: a modern minimal esthetics adorned with touches of old-time-classic style and fully equipped with all the appliances and furniture for a comfortable accommodation.
The space
“The Bentzi…Boutique Apartments” building is located at Pangrati, "Hilton" district, one of the most central urban Athens areas.
The charming building of 400 sq.m was the house property of three families until 2019. After a first sight love that occurred to the new owner, the once semi-abandoned house building is now turned into a beautiful renovated of a 3-floors building with 9 independent apartments dedicated to a short-term accommodation property.
The building’s one year renovation and conversion into an accommodation building was carefully studied and based diligently on guests comfort and independency.
The building of “Bentzi…Boutique Apartments” is :
-A beautiful two-entrances and 3 floors corner building, built at 1930’s
- An architectural blend of Bauhaus urban style (simplicity, clear geometrical shapes, functionality) together with Art Deco characteristics (light circular lines, «erkers» -closed balconies- etc.)
-Totally and carefully renovated (2019-2020)
- Externally freshly paid with modern grey walls and Greek blue windows/doors
-Internally designed, decorated and furnished with a mix-and-match, basically contemporary style: a modern minimal esthetics adorned with touches of old-time-classic style
