Villa Neastor in Radetici

Welcome to the Villa Neastor on the western coast of Istria. This renovated traditional stone house is situated in the small village Radetici, just 20 km from the beach "Zelena Laguna" and the cities Porec and Rovinj, the two most attractive touristic destinations on Istrian Peninsula.

The spacious indoor area of 260 square meters is designed in a unique traditional style and offers full comfort, it really makes you feel at home. Villa Neastor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. First floor - 2 bedrooms with double beds and balcony, one bedroom with 2 separate beds, and two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom with a double bed nad an extra bed for 2 children if needed, 3rd bathroom with shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a large living room with smart TV and fireplace.

The outdoor area is enormous. A private and fully fenced garden with a lot of greenery and plants makes the perfect spot for relaxation. A large private pool (55m2) is at the center of the yard and the perfect place to refresh. The Villa is air-conditioned (3 out of 4 bedrooms). A free Wi-Fi connection is available. Maximum 2 pets are allowed with an extra charge. Private Parking in the yard.
