Spent 4 weeks in the house. Relatively quiet street at the periphery of ciudad colonial but still in convenient walking distance to pretty much all of ciudad colonial.
Listing had no fotos of bedrooms but property manager described in a text message.
The smaller bedroom does not have AC which could be a limitation if both bedrooms are needed.
The house had a few technical problems with water and electricity although this maybe more an issue of the section of the city rather than the house itself.
There were some problems with the TV initially which the property manager then fixed.
House has two vertical air shafts which is good for ventilation but also brings in more dust.
Overall feel in the house is more secluded as only one small front to the street with one window and the entry/exit door.
