There are two bedrooms: the first includes a king-size bed, and the second has a double bed. Both are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
As the property is situated in the lively Barnsbury Estate area, some street noise may be heard.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

It met our needs. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Kings Cross/St. Pancras. There is a bus stop right in front of the building if you do not want to walk. Many restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

We stayed as we were exhibiting at BDC Islington and the property was perfect for our needs. The managing agent helped with an internet problem and did her best to make solve the problem which she did after a day or two we were very satisfied.
