Welcome to El Perdal! This is a perfect house for families looking to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava. With capacity for up to 11 people, this accommodation is ideal for family gatherings or group holidays.



Distribution and Bedrooms



The house has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms distributed between the ground floor and first floor. We have 8 beds in total: 2 king-size double beds, 5 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. So everyone will have their space to rest after a day full of beach and adventures.



Bathrooms and Amenities



There are 3 bathrooms in the property: 2 fully equipped with shower and 1 toilet. All are well distributed so that the whole family is comfortable.



Fully Equipped Kitchen



The American induction kitchen is the heart of the home. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the kitchen utensils you need. Cooking with family has never been so easy!



Air Conditioning and Comfort



Air conditioning throughout the house to maintain the perfect temperature during the warm months. We also have heat pump heating for the cooler days. High-speed WiFi internet so everyone can connect whenever they need to.



Private Parking



We have 1 private garage space in the same building, so your vehicle will be safe and protected.



Private Garden and Swimming Pool



The 775 square metre garden is a jewel. It features a private swimming pool perfect for cooling off on hot days. There are multiple relaxation areas and outdoor tables. The built-in barbecue is ideal for preparing delicious family meals. The garden is completely fenced and furnished with garden furniture for your comfort.



Entertainment



Television with access to channels in Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French and Arabic. Perfect for everyone to find something to watch.

The beach is only 350 metres away! Ideal for families who want to enjoy the sea. The village of Torroella de Montgrí is 8 km away, where you'll find shops, restaurants and local life. The Raül Girona supermarket is 6 km away. For golf lovers, Empordà Golf is 6 km away. Girona Airport is 52 km away and Flaçà train station is 23 km away.
