7 Holly Barn in Garstang, Preston, sleeps up to four in two bedrooms.
The Hamilton is a multi million pound development and is a grade 2 listed building which dates back to the 1600s. The development now consists of 6 high end luxury apartments in the main residence and three high end barn conversions to the courtyard. The majority of the original features have been kept and restored and which was a high importance to the British heritage report. The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a communal utility with washing machine, and a sitting area with Smart TV. There is one super-king-size bedroom with Smart TV and ensuite bathroom, and one double bedroom with Smart TV, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop and a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome.
