This stylish 3 bedroom Townhouse is located in The Terrazas de Cortesin-Seaviews, Finca Cortesin Golf Resort. It is a new collection of apartments, penthouses, townhouses and villas, located on a hill within what is considered one of the best Golf Resorts in Europe. Just over 3km away, you will find the closest beach, beach bars and restaurants. The Finca Cortisin Golf resort also offers a choice of three restaurants plus a bar at the Golf Club. The security guards at the gates of Finca Cortesin will welcome you on entering, before driving up to the house, where you will have access to two spaces in the secure underground parking. The house also offers free WiFi, Hot and Cold vented Air Conditioning.
This modern spacious property is located on the ground floor and is arranged over 2 levels. The spacious open plan living area offers quality furniture throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and benefits from an island with bar stools. There is a separate utility room fitted with a washing machine . The dining seating area will seat six people and the lounge has a comfortable sofa, two chairs and a 65¨smart TV. The two walls in the living area leading out onto the terrace and garden, benefit from pocket sliding doors, which completely slide back into the walls, combining the outside and inside into one area. Leading out from the lounge you can enjoy the large terrace and garden areas, which are furnished with a dining seating area and lounge seating area. This floor is home to the third bedroom, which benefits from a super king size bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has access to the terrace and the guest shower room.
On the first floor , the master suite offers a super king size bed, with fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom with a bath with shower attachment, plus a separate walk in shower. The master suite has access to a private terrace furnished with a daybed. You can enjoy the stunning view to the sea and mountains from the terrace and sunrise from the master bedroom is phenomenal.
