Lovely apartment with huge terrace.
Excellently presented two bedroom apartment close to the front line of Burriana Beach, benefiting from a fantastic 60m square terrace over looking the Mediterranean Sea and Blue flag awarded Burriana Beach. The property also has hot and cold air conditioning and an under ground parking space. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps four people. There is a fibre optic internet connection.

Overall stay very good but mugs were very stained and unacceptable . Had to scrub them before they were usable.Lots of English speaking TV channels but unfortunately speaking sound was not clear.

Lovely apartment next to Nerja’s best beach

We enjoyed staying in such a comfortable and well-equipped apartment just three minutes walk from Burriana beach. Nice and spacious, with a lovely big balcony. The check-in process was very easy and the only (very minor) problem was we couldn’t get the garage zapper to work, so the car had to be parked on the street.

Great property in a superb location, so close to all amenities and Burriana beach. The balcony is enormous and a great place to relax,BBQ or enjoy the last hours of sunshine in the evening. The property is very well equipped.Ideal to have the garage which allowed us to park the hire car, as Burriana can get very busy during peak season. John was a great host, who arranged a mid stay clean and bedding change.We would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Good overall

Great spacious apartment on 1st floor with elevator. The only disappointment was we were right above a bar. The first few days they were renovating the bar during the day and the deck was not usable from the noise and the workers on ladders against the deck walls. However the evenings were quiet. The remaining evenings, the noise from the bar was loud but ended reasonably early so all was good. Great location close to the beach and a short walk to the balcon. Spain had a power outage the day we arrived. Floors were not clean with residue from previous tenants!;

Excellently situated, roomy apartment

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Burriana.We had visited family staying in Rubursal previously, so knew what to expect.Unfortunately, the apartment itself is in desperate need of a Full renovation.Everything about the interior was so tired and all furnishings need replacing.John was easy to contact and dealt with a couple of minor issues, as well as changing bedding etc….bed linen and towels were also in need of replacement.The Patio/Gallery is brilliant and we had plenty of January sun..The garage was a bonus, although at this time of year there was plenty of roadside parking (although I did have my car damaged when it was left on the road)All in all, we had a great stay, but was very disappointed with the standard/quality of what the apartment had to offer…disappointing.

Nerja fun and sun!

We had a great time! Pros: excellent property management communication and assistance, location, condition of kitchen and bathroom, having garage space. Cons: couches in living room old and dirty/uncomfortable, linens/towels/duvets need to be replaced., need to fix chandelier in living room, need to get rid of all dead plants outside.

Het appartement was ruim en prima gelegen. De foto's in de advertentie zijn echter nogal gedateerd. Bij aankomst bleek het appartement verre van schoon. Bedlinnen en handdoeken brandschoon. Adequate medewerking eigenaar.

A lovely, spacious apartment, in an ideal location

If you are looking for a spacious, well equipped apartment in a fabulous location then this is the apartment for you. The apartment itself is very roomy, clean, cool due to the air conditioning and it has a fabulous and very large terrace but, the jewel in this apartment's crown is its location which is only 1 row back from Burriana beach! If I had to make any criticism about this apartment it would be that it feels "un-loved". I say this because of the following but, it would not put me off staying there again as we loved the location: There was no welcome pack upon arrival in the apartment telling you how everything worked (such as the TV and air conditioning) or which suggested local places to visit or restaurants to eat at. The towel holder and toilet holder in the bathroom were both hanging off the wall, almost about to fall off. The draws in the bathroom cabinet were all stained and marked so we were reluctant to put anything in them. There were numerous black marks across the walls of the apartment in each bedroom. There was no full length mirror at all in the apartment and there was no mirror at all in the twin room. The fitted sheet on the double bed was too small and so every time my partner and I got into bed, the fitted sheet "pinged" off the corners leaving the mattress exposed and the fitted sheet crumpled in the middle of the bed. The clock in the kitchen did not work as the battery needed changing.

Great location, lots of space

One block to the beach is hard to beat… unless it includes a parking spot which this unit does! Beautiful patio, nice layout, and a washing machine which was great. No complaints. Would stay here again without hesitation. Check out Bar Redondo in town for drinks and tapas.

Fantastic location, close to the beach and good local amenities

Great location, a short hop to Burriana Beach. Arrival and entry instructions were perfectly clear and the garage was a godsend, especially in this area at weekends. Space for two cars. We enjoyed the terrace but lack of a dining table in the lounge area was a negative, as the weather was changeable and the terrace didn't work all the time. Apart from that generally a decent value all-round apartment. Tip: The best way to walk to the busier part of Nerja where the tourist and other shops are together with Tapas Bars and Restaurants was along the beach and up a series of gentle slopes/steps, rather than the sloping pathways that you can see from the apartments terrace, which zig-zag upwards.

schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage

Das Apartment liegt perfekt, nur 2 Minuten fußläufig zum Burriana Strand. Es ist sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es verfügte über Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie 2 Liegen gut ausgestattet. Nur die Sauberkeit der Küche ließ bei Ankunft zu wünschen übrig. Die anderen Räume waren diesbezüglich sauber. Die Couchgarnitur war durchgesessen und müsste mal erneuert werden. Auch die Badewanne im Bad ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten war die Wohnung in Ordnung.

Great Stay at Nerja Vacation Home

This is a lovely place to stay, great location. We really enjoyed our time here; the pool is great, facilities like supermarkets are close and the town nearby is lovely. Host is also friendly and offered us great communication.

Had a great week here perfect location for us just 5 mins walk from the Beach, bars and Restaurants and right at the bottom of the slope when returning from a night in the town! Will definitely stay again

Location, Location, Location

The location of this apartment is amazing. Once block away from the beach and 15 minutes from the centre of Nerja. The apartment is roomy and has everything you would need for a short stay. It is two bedroomed. The main bedroom as a double bed, but its a small double and not the most comfortable. The second bedroom has two narrow single beds, ideal for kids. The furniture is getting a little old, but still serviceable. The kitchen has everything you need, including a washing machine. The balcony is large with a table for six and two loungers. The local restaurants are excellent and good value.
