Excellent new apartment with a very good location, close to the beach and a step from the centre. It has community pools for children and adults, tennis court, fronton, basketball and wide landscaped area around the pool.

It has a bedroom with a double bed, American kitchen, bathroom with shower, living-dining room and very pleasant balcony.

Parking in the same complex outdoors, subject to availability

Beach holiday atmosphere

Location near the beach. Bar and supermarket around the corner. General holiday atmosphere in Zarautz. The parking garage was unaccessible for our car. But we were lucky to het a good parking spot in the central parking lot.

Moderne lejlighed tæt på havet

Beliggenheden tæt på havet og strandpromenaden. Supermarked lige ved lejligheden. Godt og veludstyrret moderne køkken og fint badeværelse. Dejligt soveværelse og god seng. Balkonen var også udmærket - eneste ulempe var trafikstøj fra nærliggende vej. Flere bøjler/hangers i skabene.

Una estancia agradable en un apartamento coqueto y muy limpio

El apartamento en si y buen trato y servicio. Aunque no es cosa vuestra se oye ruido de los otros apartamentos.

Nuevo y bien aprovechado

Nuevo, muy bien equipado, con detalle y gusto. Todo lo necesario para cocinar. Flexibilidad a la salida. PARKING no asegurado en octubre, aunque en el anuncio ponía que tenía parking-la información de la web no era correcta. Estaba muy limpio en general, pero vamos descalzas dentro de casa y el suelo estaba un poquito sucio. Es raro que no hubiera microondas (aunque se puede calentar con la vitrocerámica). Vendría bien un gancho en el baño para colgar la toalla. Ruido por la noche de la terraza del restaurante de abajo - aunque ahí poco podéis hacer

Gracias Cristina por tu comentario. Algo que apreciamos y nos hacen mejorar. Efectivamente, no teníamos específicado en el anuncio que el parking ers según disponibilidad. En temporada alta no obstante, hasta finales de septiembre, está asegurado mediante un parking privado. Ya lo hemos puesto bien. Gracias. En cuanto al microondas, el horno tiene función de microondas, tiene las dos funciones. En relación al colgador, el radiador es tambien toallero, específico para tender las toallas. Y finalmente en cuanto al ruido, lo sentimos de veras que no tuvierais un estancia tranquila. Un abrazo desde Zarautz y hasta cuando queráis. Amaia & Aberri
