Surrounded by nature, our studio is perfect for those seeking to immerse themselves in stunning natural landscapes, explore volcanic formations, indulge in outdoor activities, and enjoy the area's unique charm.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The sleeping area features a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a wardrobe for your storage needs and a work desk. Step onto the furnished terrace and immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the surrounding mountains, where every moment becomes a picturesque experience.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals. There's also an island table where you can dine with loved ones.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please Note: There is ongoing construction in the vicinity of the building during daytime hours. Occasional noise may be heard. We appreciate your understanding.

São Vicente is a charming neighbourhood located on the island of Madeira, Portugal. Additionally, São Vicente features traditional Madeiran architecture with colourful houses and narrow streets, adding to its unique charm. The neighbourhood offers a range of amenities, including local shops, cafes, and restaurants where visitors can savour delicious Madeiran cuisine. The property is easily accessible only by car.

Madeira Airport International Cristiano Ronaldo is a 44-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
