Our condo has a washer/dryer inside, and comes with linens, bath towels, beach towels, and a kitchen with all the cooking pots/pans and serving plates/utensils needed. And pre-stocked with spices/oil, etc. Condo must be rented for a 2 month minimum.

About Olicia Glick
We live about 70 miles inland from the island. And the island is our weekend home from April thru September, when we stop fishing and start hunting. We were both born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, and South Padre Island has been our second home for the majority of our lives. Our kids have grown up fishing and hunting along with us, and we continue to make wonderful memories at South Padre Island.

Why Olicia Glick chose South Padre Island
We picked this property, because we have an off-shore boat that stays in the water from about May thru Sept., and so we needed a slip large enough to fit the boat. We actually owned another unit at this same building, but it didn't come with a boat slip, so when a unit with a slip came up for sale, we immediately took action to move. We love our neighbors and know everyone here. We have unit owners that live here year-round, the rest come and go like us. Only a couple of owners actually rent their condos, since most of them use it on and off year-round and our HOA requires a 2-month minimum rental. This is our 2nd year renting, we hope our renters love and care for it like we do!
What makes this Condo unique
Only half of the units face the water, so we are blessed to have that "million-dollar view," as we are on the 4th floor and overlook straight out into the bay. Drinking our morning coffee outside is just so relaxing and an such amazing view. You can see the fish tailing and eating bait just yards from our dock. And if you are up early, there is a big black-drum that comes and eats right under our dock first thing in the morning. He's huge, and hope he lives a long time for others to enjoy his morning outings! The sunsets are absolutely beautiful and we love to enjoy a glass of wine outside, while we bar-b-q steaks or fry up some of our freshly caught fish on our patio. You will not be disappointed in the views!

The owner was available for any questions. She was very thoughtful and the condo had everything we needed.
Location was perfect to enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer. The area was very quiet and parking was easy. Walking in the neighborhood was nice and it was just a few blocks to shopping and restaurants.
The dock area was nice and we also enjoyed the fishing light, even if we weren't fishing! Having a storage closet near the dock area was extremely useful!
We also enjoyed the hot tub, looking over the bay was great!. It was a little cool to use the pool while we were there but it had a great location!
The view was amazing! We were there over New Year's and were very close to Louie's Backyard's fireworks show. Sitting on the balcony to watch that was awesome!

Beautiful beach destination. South Padre Island is known for its wonderful weather, sun, sand and water. The fall and winters are quieter than the high tourist times in spring and summer. It offers great restaurants at walking distance like our neighbors, Palm Street Pier at only one block from our condo. Only 3-4 blocks away is Coconuts, Louis Back Yard, Laguna Bob's and Tequilas, which offer great drinks and live music! The grocery store, the Blue Marlin is about 1 mile away. The oceanfront public beach access is about 5 blocks away. Our favorite restaurants to cook your own catch is The Palms, which is an oceanfront small hotel with a beautiful outdoor beachfront restaurant.
